Whip ....
Whip milk all you want and it will not become cream .
Is there a way I can turn the soy milk in to cream? Any ideas? Cream isn't made by whipping milk.
I have a bunch of extra soy milk, but a recipe that calls for soy cream.

I'm just wondering how soy protein compares to other proteins?
Is it sold anywhere in Dublin?

I think it's good.
Derek Poundstone drinks alot of soy protein, but then again he also drinks a lot of chicken shakes.
That being said, it's a superior vegetarian/vegan/lactose intolerant product to soy.
