Does original soy milk or vanilla soy milk taste better?

You might like it though.
The original is very bitter and strong.
The vanilla flavor is very sweet and tasty.
Vanilla for sure.

I know....
I actually would take an outbreak over the effects of too much soy.
However, I am not a fan of soy for a number fo reasons.
Progesterone is a main culprit of herpes.
That might be the case since soy counteracts progesterone.

I am confused on if these items really can cause reactions in babies who are MSPI. I keep reading it is rare. ODS was on EleCare for MSPI (formula w/no milk or soy protein at all) and I recall soy oil being an ingredient.

There is little I can eat.
And have trialed eating soy oil or lechithin and we definitely see a reaction.

If your lo has a soy intolerance, did they do ok with other foods that are related to the soy family (peas, bean, garbanzo beans, etc)? I haven't tried those with my LO yet. She has other intolerances so I've been looking at allergy free recipes and many...

Mine also can't tolerate soy and it took awhile legumes! also we cut out soy leciting....
We have-green beans, garbanzos, lentils, black beans...
He is really sensitive to soy.
My LO can't do any of the related things- beans, peas etc .

I've seen soy products compared to Soylent green. Literally there are articles saying that Soy is our version of it. But you also see it touted as a superfood. Usually I'm not stumped by stuff like this with food, but with Soy I am. I can't find enough...

The least processed the better.....
soy in the natural form like edamame is great, tofu is good for you as well
but when you get into all other highly processed fake foods made with soy, i'd stay the hell away from those I agree with Roman.

My LO used to be MSPI, but has been tolerating Soy formula now for a couple months with no problem and she's been eating foods with soy as well. She turned 1 yesterday and the dr said to start soy milk and the sippy cup. So far, we're doing ok. Day 2 ...
