Ok series.
Spector all the way.
Brubaker Brute Squad #18
Spector Club #224 (USA NS-5H2W) I hate Ibanez personally.
Not even a contest.
Spector.
I like the tone of EMG's more.
Basses I'd go with the Spector.

That's it...I'm doing the Tonedump!
Spector makes that signature Spector midrange growl shine! How about some longer clips of your playing/bass really makes that signature Spector....
What an incredible difference that BQC system makes.

Good morning all!
I am a Spector fan through and through! I am looking into buying a new 4 string and was wondering the thoughts of people who own both a Spector USA bolt-on versus the Euro neck-thru
I love the idea of neck-thru construction, but when...

But....
If I were to buy a Spector, it'd be a USA Bolt on or a Coda.
I was devastated when my Spector neck thru didn't appease my tonal hopes.
Probably because Spector is known.
Could always get a used Euro down the line and modify it .

The wick is a little more "wooly" where the Spector is more sharp (the emg's) . Don't know about brighter (the treb boost will put your eye out on the Spector with the emg's) but those brass alloy frets on the wick have a real unique and cool...

Id love to get a Euro 5 with a maple board I've never understood spector NS warwick necks much more so that ends the comparison for me.

Wow, Patrick. This will kill me...I've got one Spector Euro435LX which is 4stringer with 35" scale and feel no discomfort at all, although my fretless is 34". Great bass at great price. I wonder what is TW version tonalwise comparing to PJ version.
