Could stop selling spectrum ATT and especially Verizon so that it gives the smaller carriers like Tmobile, Sprint, MetroPCS, US Cellular, etc a chance to snag up some spectrum so that they can spectrum preferably some more in building....

Zeus assembler, was the best.
For Sinclair BASIC based development-in editors for fonts and UDG's etc .
There are some good PC-based packages too.

If all you want is something that visually resembles a black-body spectrum, that's probably a lot.
Limited color gamut would be an issue, if nothing else .
