If i download the slackware linux torrent It will go up to 2.8MB/s
But if i download a 720p/1080p movie torrent with 1000+ seeds. It wont even go higher than 100kb/s.

Sometimes it manages to get upto 2.5MB.
No matter what I do I just cant seem to max my speed out like I can on v2.
I'm still having serious upload speed issues with 3.1.1 as I had with 3.1 and 3.0.
