Are you able to sort your list by InsertTime ? If so, List<T>.BinarySearch is your friend - provide an IComparer<TimestampedTrackId> which compares by InsertTime , and BinarySearch for min and max .

It's also saying if the bike is doing the speed limit it's ok the speed factor.
And the funny thingI'm not overly impressed by it.
Call when travelling at the speed limit as opposed to when i am speeding.

I know speeding is bad, and I do not advocate it at all, but sometimes when you are listening to music, do you ever find yourself speeding or going faster then you should. Sorry for barrage of threads, I am trying to make sure they are not spam.
