I have been assigned to a project that requires intense amount of work reading and coding. Lately, my spinal cord has been giving me a lot of trouble. It's now affecting my concentration and productivity. I'm wondering if any seasoned veterans have advice...

Had the same thing happen to C3, was having trouble breathing of the disc physically... .
Not have spinal cord inury but i definitely have damage cellularly across my brain and spinal cord which on the spinal cord too long, surgery in 2004.

I had no choice on the surgery as the spinal compression was so severe that if I had fallen.

Just looking for some people who have also gone through spinal fusion. I have a 6 week post-op in early March. Until then trying to figure out what's normal.
Right now my walks only last about 20 minutes.
Pain in both buttocks. A deep muscle pain.

I had ADR instead of fusion but the recoveries are very similar .

Going to have my second C/S in about 6 weeks and this time will be with a spinal. (First time was unscheduled, under GA). Just wondering what the experience was like (I never had an epidural or anything else along these lines)

I had a c/s with a epidural then with a spinal.
I did not feel the spinal go in at all.
That was all I felt.
The idiot doing of the spinal.
It was mildly uncomfortable getting the spinal, but it definitely did not hurt.
