Are staging tables an anti-pattern that is used when rpc (such as Java RMI or some kind of Web Service call) or messaging queue (such as JMS) would be a better solution, or are there problems better served by staging tables?

You could argue that reliable/resilient rpc would do the same job, but I think you'd be incorrect .
Staging tables, as you describe are an essential part of most data warehouse or BI environments.

I am going with BR Stage 3 Turbo and already have all supporting mods and Stage 2 tune, But will need a clutch when going to Stage 3. Kinda just looking to get some opinions on weather or not to go Stage 2 or 3 Clutch from CC. It will be Daily Driven....

I am only stage 1 and my clutch is already....
Cc stage 2 will hold up to alot power it can hold up the turboxs turbo kit that puts out 450rwhp so it defintly can hold that 19t turbo lucky you if you are on stage 2 with your stock clutch.
