Bought a set of 4 wheels on yahoo auctions japan... listing said they were 4/5x114.3 (i have a 5 lug s14)

Your going to have to neutralize the surface first, wash it good and then re-seal
Check out anyplace that sells decorative concrete products, perhaps your local ready mix plant and see what they have that can handle the UV and salt water or chlorine (... .

These are new stamped rails with the lower reveal. They are completely boxed with the ends open for cross member mounting. Sectioned in back for extra axle clearance. Threaded inserts for body and fender mounting. These would be great for a quality build...
