I just recently learned that two of the founding members of Little Feat were former players with Zappa and the Mothers Of Invention. (Lowell George and Roy Estrada) Kind of made sense when I thought about it.

I've never really gotten into Steve Vai's music, just never really cared moves.
On stage he 'poses' the rockstar image on stage with all this kinda stuff fly over your head .

Hey guys just joined to ask a question. I just received the pedal all excited and the green side there is quite alot of feedback and when I turn the volume off on the guitar the amp humms and the red side wow a nasty loud humming and I can't even play...

Steve Vai's Sound is a Smooth....
It was not designed for Heavy Metal.
To me the Jemini is really an overdrive, I know Steve Vai calls it a distortion but i know better than the tone of your amp, not create a heavy distorted tone.
