For the offence of possession of stolen property at all when handling covers it? A bit like, but the dealer is selling and possessing.

Receiving stolen goods is a criminal offense.
You just can't, or hope the judge makes restitution part of the sentence of the guy that stole it .
You had no knowlege that it was stolen.
You had no intent to steal it.
And take the bike.
