sleep. I'm definitely one of those people that needs every bit of sleep and so I'm wondering
and sleep at like 10 pm it seems like you almost have very little time to decompress, eat, study
individual. Isolating yourself by doing nothing but work, sleep, work etc, probably adds to the stress

Sleep seems
husband and dogs fall blissfully into a nice peaceful sleep. I however, don't. I just lie there in bed
my mind to busy....like paying bils or watching a sad movie...or talking with hubby about deep

To get myself to sleep or wake up but...I've got a busy day ahead and it will be painful lol.
Insomnia sucks. 4 hours sleep in 3 days.
I have insomnia off and on and I've never taken any drugs

Than 12 hours is no longer enough for me....which is impractical. So i study, sleep for 6 hours
messed up all my circadian whateverness over the past 6-7 years; traditionally, i function much better
idea, but it's not always practical in some services that tend to be very busy, which vary

Nights sleep is important. Rest & take breaks when your tired.
Taking hot baths & soaking in epsom salt
as much stress in all areas of our lives as much as possible is key, as this fuels added pain
that well either. I sometimes forget to eat. Or get so busy at work that I don't have time to eat

Well, now with college started, and part time work, I need to sleep in order to concentrate. I find
wait around for sleep to come to me, so I need sleep in my time i scheduled for sleep, but Im
. yep. just like kids. keep em busy during the day; they'll sleep like a rock all through

If I do not sleep well on on night I have a terrible time getting to sleep the next evening
. To keep me going during the day after I did not sleep I have to drink lots of coffee or coke and keep
of a busy day and getting quiet and still would be a good start.

to get better sleep at night. I find a lot of it very useful and very true. If your having trouble

sleep hygiene
I'd like to compile a list of sleep hygiene techniques. I haven't slept more than
to it. I've seen 5 am so many times. I know that if I can get my sleep pattern back I'll be ok. I try
can't sleep in even if you feel tired one day.
You should eventually find you get better quality sleep...
