Debating which strap to go with for casual wear. I find them both comfortable.
Plus for bracelet: durable, makes for classic submariner look
Plus for Isofrane: lighter, something different compared to most submariners, a more subtle look

The isofrane looks 'overpowering' on the submariner.
I prefer it on the bracelet.
An Isofrane.

Its not only about your boss's impression of you, its also... .
If you do get one, get a low key not too flashy sub and not some blinged out bright "lookit me!!!" piece .
It might seem a bit cocky tho imo.
I mean look, if you like it, that's all that matters .

I much prefer this....
It has a service dial which came on the last of the 79090 models and has the white gold surrounds and gloss finish .
I had this one, 79090 came on a Rolex oyster bracelet (which the rattly end links drove me crazy enough to sell up!) .

Tudor Submariner Hope this is the right place to be asking this:
Saw a couple of vintage looking Tudor Submariners. Not sure what is the series number. Asking for $4.8k
Are these worth collecting?
Thanks!

I buy watch because i like them and find that they appeal to me, if the watch value appreciates in future, it is a bonus... .
It may not be worth collecting now but who knows in future, vice versa .
I dont think anyone has a crystal ball to advise accordingly .

Hi, I popped into Goldsmiths today to have a look at the Submariners. Unfortunately they didn't have non date version in, tried a ceramic date and am not counting it out but am probably still leaning towards the 14060. They are going to try and get one...
