Does anybody has any experience with Sun training? I wonder if the extra $1000 is justified if I sign up for the classroom training vs. the web-based or cd-rom one?
Any advantages / disadvantages for both trainings?

The Sun courses.
I train people to pass the SCJP (I'm SCJP 1.5 + SCBCD and preparing SCJP 1.6 + SCWCD) .
I've never taken any of the Sun training classes, but unless your company is willing to pay.

This helmet needed a bit of careful "restoring" and while not perfect looks better than when I bought it recently. The dome was crushed and I carefully tried to reblock it. But this is a fairly desireable helmet in any condition.
The Model 1896 pattern...

But none won so far.

According to a sun press release Oracle will buy Sun: http://www.sun.com/third-party/global/oracle/index.jsp and http://www.oracle.com/sun/index.html .
What does this mean for the future of the Java ecosystem?

Sun's Java SE 7 is set to release next year, and we still have yet to see a stable, complete implementation of Java SE 6 from Apple. Why doesn't Sun release their own implementation of Java for OS X?

From what I've heard, Sun is respecting Apple's rights to controlling the supported Java version....
A project without an immediate "cash in the door by the end of the quarter effect" won't be greenlighted .

The network between our company and Sun's javadocs seems to be down. Where can I get a copy of the javadocs for a given package, so that I can keep my own stash to handle network outages in the future? Are there any mirrors for the Sun javadocs?
