Just got back from the dermatologist, where a rather attractive young woman stabbed me in the face repeatedly with an icepick for 15 minutes.
Actually, it was a laser, but it felt like an icepick. Many years of exposure to the sun left me with small spider...

Sunscreen does help though and can reduce the amount, but if you are one.
