What supplements do/don't you folks take, and @ what regimen? Just asking mostly out of boredom & curiosity.

Was a professional athlete for 10 years, took lots of supplements, since retiring Endocrinologist to take these two supplements.

not sure if this is the right section to post on but i want to do all i can to maximise chances and was wondering if anyone has tried zita west's vitamins - its quite expensive given they're only a month's supply and actually it looks like you ...

Sure you aren't taking any supplements with vitamin A in them as these aren't recommended in a pre-natal vitamin supplement - there are lots of brands with fairly similar formulae but very/pregnancy supplement rather....

This can be achieved by getting....
Multi-vitamins as well as Biotin, Folic Acid, and hair, skin, and nail vitamins work well too.
All they do.
!!!! Any supplements or vitamins etc that says they make anything grow faster is a fake.

I also take a calcium /vitamin d combo, biotin not currently exercising....
I found I was low in Iron when I started JUDDD, so I take one with 100% of the recs for that .
I think a good multi-vitamin should be fine.

What do you take?
I do, take a multivitamin and starflower oil everyday.
May be just the placebo effect but I feel rubbish if I don't take them.

If you have a vitamin deficiency, you should eat the foods that contain the vitamin, but you should never go down the tablet whatever....
They are not necessary, are pseudo-scientific, and vitamin tablets can be pretty dangerous.

Red wine and garlic cod liver oil I think it's glucosamine for the old joints, I take some dissolvable orange flavoured ones when the knees are really bad .
