It says so on Intel's website , but when I used Intel Processor ID Utility to check it, the report said no. And I couldn't use XP Mode in Windows 7 because "the hardware does not support virtualization tech." I know little about CPU, so my 2nd question...

Tech support is fairly easy to get into, and is a common to do tech support? Job recruiters push new guys into help desk jobs, as they usually have high and hate people.
That good, but the experience can be great.
