Is Tor (The Onion Router) network something for you? With Tor, you are anonymous for everybody in the network, but it requires to install software on a PC .

It's not quite complete and was done before I fully understood how everything works (It doesn't properly encode complex POST data, for example), but it does work pretty well for the all the flaws and it will demonstrate... .

There are other some other issues....
Tor's good, performance suffers but that is a trade off you will have to deal with .
Also consider the various privacy plugins /private browsing mode for firefox, and Chrome's incognito mode .
Either a proxy server or Tor.
