Has anyone ever eaten sushi off of a "sushi model"? I was asked to beone of the sushi models for an event at an art center in two weeks and was wondering if this is a popular thing? It's easy money, ($75 for an hour and a half!) Just lloking for opinions...

Sushi not at TS?
We aren't eating at any TS that would serve sushi, so I was wondering if there was any QS with sushi in the parks or DTD? Or any food courts at resorts? We will be staying at CBR.

Katsura Grill in Epcot
Kona Island Sushi Bar and Captain Cook's at the Polynesian In addition to those, Kimonos at the Swan is a sushi bar which doesn't require (or accept?) reservations.

So I've tried to make sushi at home a few times because buying it is too expensive for my purse. The sushi was ok but nothing as good as what I get in restaurant. I would love to be able to make good sushi.

Sushi king, YO! Sushi, Tesco Sushi, Maxol garage "sitting in a plastic tray for 3 days" sushi, are not what I'd call quality.
