Just because a sword is full tang, and it's 1024-whatever carbon steel, still doesn't mean it's legitimate sword.
Legit as a real sword used for swordsmanship? No.
For wall hangers, sure.

( Some original swords are damaged or corroded enough, or show wear the example this reproduction....
In the Museum line they are as closely replicates of an actual period sword as it was when newly made.
But not based on a specific sword.
