This sounds really interesting--a talk I would really like to hear. Do you recommend any information sources in particular for reading more in depth on the subject? source

Greenhaven has been very out of order because they did not have permanent Superintendent there and now as of almost 2 weeks ago they do so I am hoping the nonsense stops. One day you can sit on the grass and was doing so for weeks on end and then one day at almost the end of yard time they announce "no sitting on the grass" then soon after that they put hand written signs on the glass saying "no standing on the sidewalk". The CO's been making up their own rules, I hope this new Super does the right thing and straightens them out, they are quick to try to straighten us out when we aren't even doing anything wrong. source

Shame that the OP has no info on what the fault was. We know that it was external, but as Emma says, it could still have been user-inflicted. But would the engineer not have mentioned it if it was? If the user is being asked to pay the repair charge is it unreasonable to ask TT to produce a copy of the OpenReach engineer's report, which will presumably detail the fault? Or are TT really so lazy that they simply accept an OR bill without any evidence, and recharge it automatically? source

Austin talks to everybody and everything while Kaylee is definatley the quieter of the two. Then again there are days when Kaylee talks a mile a minute and Austin would prefer to be by himself so I think it is pretty normal for one to talk a little more than the other. source

The thing that I like about Google Talk is that it saves your chat history in your email account, so its easy to go bak previous chat sessions with your friends. Plus its very easy and convenient to use, unlike some messengers. source
