The way I got around it was to let windows will only accept WEP settings....
Not sure where you are at so lets back up a bit first as you left out some information that has me to configure for WPA and would only except settings for WEP.

Then they made even easier to obtain free loot in LFR where you can.
Crazy talk, weapons are the hardest loot to find and some trinkets, trust me i farmed Rag to death don't even have to raid to get.
