Whenever im on my own or if i know people arent around to here me ill talk quitely to myself, like have convosations with myself as if im talking to someone else. Im not skitzo i dont see people who arent there.

If your Java application runs a server, then the PHP script can connect and send a message informing the Java app that the DB has been written to .
Probably via a TCP/IP connection.
