Why do people have a problem with prosperity teachings?
People don't realize that money is a tool we can use in this world for the preaching of the gospel. If a person is scared of the tool, then they won't use it. source
Why is there so many different teachings here if God's word is easily understood?
We have so many arguing over and over that they have the truth. Why is that, and why cannot all agree to one understanding if God's word can be understood? Is it not because the natural man without the Spirit of God cannot understand or receive the Spiritual things of God? And does that not make them the Pharisees, and Scribes of today? source
Discerning the teachings?
If you are not sure about a teaching, you can ask your pastor or someone who follows God very close. You can also pray to Jesus and tell him to let you know whether the teaching is right. source
Who influenced the teachings of Christ?
Almost all scocieties have developed rules like love your neighbor and the such. Although I am not sure where Jesus got his evidence. source
