Nuts&Volts magazine spent about three years with monthly articles on how to explore "near space" without problems, including where to get supplies .
I hope that they also had the phone track the GPS coords and altitudes as it went .

The drinking age is 21 in hopes that by then the immature 18 year olds question a teenager.
I consider them still teenagers and still very young as teens (or younger).
They probably won't be able to live there anymore.
