I have had 5 surgeries, and had.
It just takes time for the tenderness to go away.
I had continued health.
As to the tummy tenderness, it depends on how you heal.
Are healthy and take good care of yourself.
At first I thought it was bone pain..but am now thinking it may be soft tissue/muscle tenderness. For a long time when I apply pressure to certain areas of my body..ribs/pelvic region/chest and sometimes forearms..I have pain..feels like a very bad bruise...

Is it normal to feel extreme tenderness, like to the touch (even a soft rub) a week PP. I had my first BM (sorry if TMI) yesterday and the staples out on tuesday. I am also EBF so I know that makes you have contractions too. I haven't taken any pain meds...
