"Terror" is an emotion - the feeling of being terrorized.
The "War on Terror" as we know it is a misnomer. What the drones, the men and women in uniforms, the CIA, the Gitmo peeps, the TSA and the badass SEALs are fighting is not terror. It's terrorists...
