I have a DX6i transmitter and not sure how to use Throttle Cut and Throttle Hold.
Per the instruction manual, the Throttle Cut button puts throttle and pitch to a preprogrammed position. Where can I see the value of the preprogrammed position? Can I adjust...

Check that first.
If that screw is backed off too far, the throttle plate will close to far and stick.
There is a stop screw on the throttle body.

My 850 NA original throttle plate closed flush or perfectly perpendicular in the throttle body. This one off a 960 I installed doesnt sit flush like the old one but seems to make a seal. Does anyone else with this mod have this...

Simple and cheap.
Try a "Throttle.
I rode my Ducati Monster nine hours straight and did NOT use it once .
If you are planning long distance riding, you WILL want a throttle lock or genuine cruise control arm out a bit.

Is there a utility for linux that could throttle the bandwidth usage for a particular program/process, or even the entire system?
Main usage would be for web development, to test the user experience...

I know I was able to successfully throttle sendmail in the past but I believe completely and throttle the bandwidth at the server level.

Depending on what you want to do, you can also do something on the operating system level... .
It's quite simple but may fit your needs.
I'have used bw_mod for a long time, it's a port of mod_bandwidth for apache2 .
You can take a look at the bwshare module.

The 9A ones have a large black single unit that has both switches in , if they are working correctly you can move the throttle body to its extends and here the clicks....
