From what I seen on the news, Traffic cameras will no longer be able to issue traffic tickets, once the governor signs it into the law.

You only have a chance at winning an appeal if you can prove something such as:
- the ticket was issued illegally (e.g.
If it is just on the wrong colour being on the ticket, you have no chance.

Most states have a failure to obey their money for the ticket and you lose your cash for the attorney fee.
To go to court for a traffic ticket anymore than you do.
