I purchased the Plus key for Desktop 2.8.2 because I read one of the features was the ability to automatically transfer files from a PC folder to the TiVo.

In other words, you can't transfer a Tivo....
I believe for Tivo files to be transferred from a PC to a Tivo the same Media Access Key must be encoded into the file as is assigned to the Tivo that the file is being transferred to.

Be interfering with PyTivo's ability to see the Tivo? I also have Tivo Desktop (which I've tried having both on and off, including manually killing the processes, to no effect) and that can see my Tivo fine.

All the offers for free TIVO Box seem to be to attract new customers. It would be nice if Virgin could offer existing customers to replace the old V Boxes with TIVO. You cannot expect Virgin to do this free but maybe for a minimal fee about £20 or perhaps...

Really annoying, was right near the end of a program and it goes off .
