My husband bought me a Janoel 48 egg Incubator with automatic turner from eBay. We tried it for the first time and could not understand the instructions.
We put 30 eggs in and only got 4 healthy hatches. Some of the other chicks were stuck in their shells...

I recently bought an incubator (different brand) and although I could get them for less than half online I chose to buy using an Aussie retailer .
This was a post from another thread perhaps it may be wise to talk to Tony on this matter.
