I don't know, this may be a lot more complicated to program than I think, but it seems the ideal would be to just make the toon list a drag and drop, the same way sections of the "My Yahoo" page can be moved up or down the order to suit one's personal taste. Any moderator-techies around that can make a statement as to whether this is feasible? source
