It is fodder for the liberals and the ACLU to use against the USA since they cannot neutralize the well funded NRA. This is another incidence of the anti-American UN to show the world that Americans use torture, since Taser is an American company and Americans are the primary users of this device. source

Depending on the individual, it can take between 100 and 200 hours of sleep deprivation to induce hallucinations, as the mind steadily loses its capabilities. Sleep deprivation also causes severe personality changes, and can make normally placid and amicable individuals raging paranoids.
