Is Undercover tourist cheaper or is AAA to buy WDW tickets?
Also, I am very nervous to buy tickets through Undercover tourist.

Speeds vary, my expierence is basic dsl , youtube non hd, facebook & chat work fine however... .
If your wish is to use WIFI there are a few hotels in havana (central) that offer wifi, they sell prepaid cards with time usually between 5 and 8 cuc per hour .
