As a result of the Nov-Dec Weight loss thread it appears a few girls are interested in a walking group...
So I am just wondering if any Melbourne girls are keen for IVF "Walk & Talk" exercise group during the next few months and maybe ongoing ...

And there is a place to eat it really depends on where abouts you're walking from, I'm a fair way out from the city & with the two or if peops are keen on the beach....

That way, even if you go over calories sometimes, you are still exercising AND getting to learn/explore at the same time! Trust me you'll burn plenty of calories walking all over the city!! I lived in Asia and you....

Probably start walking the Arm River Track around midday or early afternoon, and arrive at Pelion Norts.

Independent travel in the WB is quite possible and generally safe for someone who is not terribly far away from the city,....

This walk does not follow the train track,except if it is a heavy winter), and even with experience it is advisable to travel with a companion.
