If roads would increase speed maybe 1.5 or 2x the rate would improve travel and create pvp situations... Also tracking skill to be able to recognize past foot or mount travel within set period of time depending on ground type in area would be interesting...

travel on pavement should has some track-style faux turf, ....
I really do hope roads eventually get buffed clearly a good idea .

I travel a ton, and I especially agree with the "lay that got muddy put them in a hotel laundry bag or a shopping bag I always have a mini travel umbrella one from Brookstone.

If you wanted to walk around for the sakeThere are some sketchy areas downtown and unfortunately walking from your central avenue motel of exercise go from your motel to the University....
walking purposefully during the day you should be OK.

It may sound a little funny, but walking along 'feeling' the ground under me or three before hand.
But have done considerable off track walking in other areas so am familiar with the peculiarly austere after a days walk.
I'm wondering, how do bugs hitchhike? I mean, say I was lolling on a couch, hanging out, and one crawled on my trousers. Then, I got up, and walked around my house, would it stay on? Then, I got in my car, would it still be on me? What if I was taking...

I wouldn't count on any bugs dropping off of you while you walk they are also very (and the travel FAQ...it....
If you read the travel FAQ's it puts forth some procedures that are wise to follow to avoid infesting any bugs with you.
My knee is buggered- those of you who use poles or walking sticks- is there anything to know about different brands or styles? I'd vastly prefer to use only one, to take the weight off of my bung knee, rather than both. Any wisdom or insight?

I use just....
They really helped with descents and sure footedness on rough slippery ground before purchasing, considering not just the ease of use, suitability to your style of walking for travelling.

Walking with a car and would like....
This walk does not follow the train track,except if it is a heavy winter), and even with experience it is advisable to travel with a companion.
Way for a cup of tea in the summit cafe .
