In cross country (running) what trains you the most for it track workouts or long mileage? so track workouts like mile or 800 repeats or long mileage like 8+ miles what helps you the most? I really need to know!!!

Source(s): I run X-C if you're doing a track event where you're running 800/1600 (mile) repeats then you should be running high miles anyways leading up to the main track if not.

As for eating I will normally have my shake before I workout with excuses for why you want to/need ....
You've gone all night without hydrating your body needs it especially first thing .
Definatly have water before (and during) your workout.
I have looked everywhere and the creators of miCoach haven't done xxxx as far as a user's manual. NOWHERE does it say how to use the actual device. Nonetheless, I've figured most of it out on my own...with the exception of the actual workouts... NOTE:...
