Currently we have a Windows XP computer with 2 NICs. We want all traffice destined for private IP addresses to go in/out of NIC (10.1.1.20) and all public traffic to go in/out NIC (173.x.x.x)

We are not needing the 2 NICs to be connected...

You want traffic for just a specific IP address to go through 10.1.1.20, and ALL other traffic for a public ip address to go in/out nic (10.1.1.20) and all public traffic to go in/out nic (173.x.x.x NIC)

Also you with around 45-50% traffic from Hong Kong and using Adbrite I got really few cent (if I'm not wrong quality traffic .
AdBrite would be your best choice for cpm and ppc since you get most of Chinese traffic .

I prefer both.
Referral traffic is more limited in a way and the path to enormous amount of visitors goes through search engines (mostly Google).

Without turning that option on I believe you won't see paid traffic through Adwords showing up as such.

This generally needs to be supported by your router.
