I am a junior developer in Philadelphia, my company is letting me pick somewhere to go for a week of training. Anyone have any good recommendations? I am into web development, design, usability. Anything from PHP to .NET to Scala to Ruby. Thanks!

But I'd say you boss that you've definitely make a good use... .
I don't know if your boss would accept that as a "somewhere to train" though.
Then implement that in the one week you've got.

With a plan for all the training to be walking or elliptical for 2 weeks, with one week of anit! I haven't been posting much except for my miles, but life has been a bit crazy around here.

Marathon training programme.
