Looking to veteran business travelers. Where do you typically find a decent desk or meeting room to do business while you're traveling. Or do you just use hotels, restaurants and coffee shops?

I used to have Vegas in my territory and I was there every 2 weeks but it isn't much fun when you're traveling alone for work.

As some of you know I travel extensively with work. For tax purposes and personal reference I keep track of the number of days I spend on the road away from home each year. Here are my numbers:

Are there any employee rights surrounding travel outside of working hours, when requested by the company?
The company wants you to attend a meeting in another country, so at the end of your 8 hour day they've booked you a flight so you can arrive in time...
