I'm an experienced programmer looking for a good reference and tutorial for developing for Palm OS in either C or C++? What are some good (up to date) books, reference manuals, and sites that would set me in a direction to start developing on the Palm...

The best place to start is the PalmOS programming....
Maybe you want to develop for the new Pre, then you might want Palm webOS instead .
But Palm OS Programming was good for its time.
There are no up to date books on PalmOS, because the OS hasn't changed in years .

Everything on my Treo 650 is on my desktop in the software and I have no software for the 750 and nothing will sync - I don't even understand what I should do - because the 650 was palm based and the 750 is windows based .... Can anybody help me with ...
