After an hour on the phone with Sandeep from virgin media he said the problem is at the trickery end. Basically any device connected to my home network won't connect to the site at all. Anyone having a similar issue?

Anything else affected or just trickery? Tried standard response #2 (turn it off and on again - opening it in notepad won't help here at all)? I just hooked up directly from the modem and it works fine... .
Seems to be working fine through virgin cable here.
