I have recorded HD contents with HTS Tvheadend recorder. And none of them can be opened by VideoReDo TVSuite v4 with H.264. It should error message Video program stream not found. Unable to open file... I have tested with latest stable version of VideoReDo...

Is that YouTube video upload by you using the MKV file you created in VideoReDo? If so what is the original source file? Is it something you recorded? What format is it in? If you... .
It jumps and is corrupted in parts.

Hello, I have a video *.ts (TNT HD France : H264 + EAC3) which has two advertisings. I removed the first without problem. But for the second, pixelisations appear after cutting. I use TVsuite beta 637g or 629d, same problem ... Do you know why ? thanks...

Do a search for pixelation and you should find one of them .
It's been explained in extensive detail may of times.
This a complex problem with H.264 editing.

If you check the box at the bottom that says "Allow non-compliant DVD settings" it will do a fast frame copy on all of your TiVo files.... .
Only some are DVD compliant.
TiVo uses different resolutions for different qualities.
The reason is the resolution.

I've "recorded" some HD .ts files from tv and like to cut commercials out of them. With "normal" .ts files I could use dvbcut or project-x but neither works with HD videos. In windows my friend uses videoredo tvsuite to do this but I'd like to have linux...

If it does then there was likely a issue with the time stamps... .
Try running the file through Tools->Quick Stream Fix and see if the fixed file will open .
There is no file size limit in VideoReDo so this problem must be being caused by something else .
