I dont really get the twinking. I can ladder imps and such decent, probably not on extreme and I got some cash that I can spend for decent armors (AI etc). I also know I wont be as good as the most active pvp twinks out there.

Rage is probably useful actually, so just raise enough to use rage... .
Equip your toon then do your IP with whats left, theres no point spending say 200 pts on nano skills, only to be 40+ over after you got imps etc on skip on the nano skills, maybe perk NR .
