In the code example I'd say what you are doing is setting up a rating, so I'd probably call it IFiddleRating

Can you just use the plural: IFiddles ?
I would say that the name you choose should be dependent on what you are trying to achieve .

Typically a $1mm umbrella is not truly $1mm in coverage, but 500k of additional coverage on top worth, an umbrella policy is a no-brainer.
