I did not see any popups except when I clicked! Try this on for size .
I browse using Safari / OSX and it blocks all popups unless I clicked a link that points to a window.open or <a href='xyz' target='_val' .

Hi John,
Though I'm sorry to say that I haven't tried... .
Each PDF page will be saved individually as a JPEG .
And try selecting one of the JPEG options.
Open your PDF document then go to File...Save As...
Try using Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0 or higher.
