Hi!
Does anyone know how to fix VersaMail's startup freezes that last for a few minutes? It is on my client's old Palm Treo 680. We already tried deleting e-mails, but that did not help. Also, he has a few POP3s and SMTPs accounts/setups.

Two quick questions:
1. Does anyone know if the issue with Versamail 3.5 sync'ing ALL info (i.e. contacts, calendar and email) has been resolved in the 4.0 release? I want to keep my work life and personal life seperate and get my work email on my phone...

Exchange ActiveSync is still an all or nothing set up, that is with Versamail 3.5 and 4.0, if you to enable the Palm OS / Versamail combo to allow for custom sync's?

I use a Palm Centro. I use the internet to connect to my exchange server to update my email on phone and send new messages.

I was using EAS in Versamail until a recent server change at my office. Now, I am no longer using Activesync for Calendar and Contacts, but I cannot get Hotsync to "take control" of those again. It's as if Hotsync thinks EAS is still active.

When I sinc (versamail) I don't always get all my calendar events and or e-mails. Hours later they just seem to show up. Any ideas on how I can correct this. I've lost confidence in my PDA capabilities.

Contacts not syncing in EAS Versamail on Treo 755p. First error message simply says there was a problem syncing contacts.

That error message actually has nothing to do with your contacts, but you have to get past email and calendar before you can continue with contacts
The error message means either your email account is corrupted or an email within or you have a corrupted... .
