for all those people who dont want to get hurt or even feel a thing when hit on their vests, you can simply buy a 1/4 size illustration board and cut it to the vest's size.

I have a question on the differences in the various a/m life vests. I found an onyx a/m vest at Academy on sale for 80 dollars, but not sure whether or not this is a good vest. Does anyone have any experience with this vest? Any tips on the a/m vests ...

You vest and a mustang vest is quite a bit and I just don't know enough about them to understand why anyone would take on off when....

Do they make a special orange vest for turkey hunting? In the past I have always worn the same orange vest I use for deer hunting.

In the next couple weeks, the orange vest required is a slightly brighter orange than that required during a special orange vest for turkey hunting? In the past I have always worn the same orange vest I use nice..but pricey but honestly....

I'm looking for a vest/load out that works with G3 mags that can also accept a holster. Prefer load bearing vest type but open to anything. Recommendations? I'm a total gear noob. My primary is a g3 sas so hanging it from the vest is a requirement

There are not many vests specifically set up for .308 mags so just get something MOLLE you ....
The exception(s) to that are hard molded pouched like the FAST mags etc .
Most anything that will work for M14 or SR25 magazines will fit G3 mags nicely .

My wife isn't a strong swimmer & prefers wearing a vest for the peace of mind,,especially when in deep water.
