It seems to say I wouldn't have to replace the visa if I'm eligible to travel on the Visa Waiver

Looks like I've lost my British passport with an L1 visa in it
In the US at the moment

Help me out here guys and gals,
I entered the USA under the Visa Waiver Program, I got married
to my girlfriend and intended to file for permanent residency. I am now over 2 months past my visa

To say that this country is part of the visa waiver programme,therefore dont require a visa to enter...

My boyfriend is from Italy and left the U.S in June after overstaying 150 days on the visa waiver

In the ESTA for the Visa Waiver program. Now they asked me if I have ever been arrested or convicted
at the time.
Now my question is: Am I eligble for the Visa Waiver Program? Do I have to answer yes
of property?
You might consider just leaving the VWP alone and applying for a regular tourist visa

Has anyone ever heard of this "Waiver of ineligibility to receive a visa"?
It seems like my husband
in Mexico, you can try and start the process to see if you can obtain a visa for him, if he qualifies

Basically I registered online via ESTA for the visa waiver for me and my wife to travel to the USA
realized they were morons and that I wasn't traveling on the VWP, wasn't using a visa, wasn't a citizen
