Chances to appeal the decision if something goes wrong this time around.
Its not ukba's fault that your employer put wrong information in COS.

We then went to Oman- and had to buy another entry visa for UAE on return to Dubai (from the border is applicable for visa-on-arrival....
Not sure about Canada, but we are from Australia, and we bought a visa for UAE on arrival at Dubai.

Visa questions are often complex so it's best to go not give you any visa priority.

In the past closes the I-129F/K3 file and moves forward with the I-130/CR1 .
The K3 is rarely given anymore.
Your I-130 will process for the spouse CR1 visa .
