Kiddies Vitamins for adults? I bought some vitamins for my sons some time ago but they don't like the taste of it. Can I use the rest of it? I have about 90 chewable tabs. I was thinking to take double the dosage recommended for children.

Yes you will be able to use those vitamins but before just double dosing on it maybe take a look at the vitamin table on the back of the container and see what is in the tablets and compare to your as nowadays nearly everything is vitamin....

What prenatal vitamins are you girlies taking? I got a generic brand for now and it makes me want to puke every time I take it.

There is a greater risk of ODing on vitamins and minerals.
Multi-vitamins are actually most dangerous in people who are trying to eat well-balanced diets.

Vitamin has lots of benefits, Vitamins are necessary vitamins from the food we eat, but supplementation is not a bad thing to make sure the bases are covered I am very rarely sick.

People say that you should have a balanced diet and get all the vegetables and stuff in there. But now that we have vitamins I don't really see why you should need to have a good diet like that, unless you aren't active.
