So guys im using flinstones multi vitamins and well it tastes like junk lol and reading it it doesnt have much of what we need what are you guys taking?....also with a good multi vitamin would i need a separate b12 and separate vitamin d suppliment?

Yes you should have a seperate b12 either you to use vitamins they actually sell in their....
Centrum silver is a good one.
I take 2 one a day gummies everyday and a b-12 pill plus calcium citrate with vitamin d the one an adult vitamin.

Recent articles about a study of vitamins are questioning their safety. Any opinions here about taking vs not taking vitamins? Do you take them? Mostly I'm concerned about a multivitamin and the discussion about copper and iron in them. Thanks.

My if the vitamins solutions wil do the same? I think the vits are OK, but as mentioned the acid ever given vitamins or tonics in water ....
Cant put antibiotics in them as it reacts with the metal, but wasnt sure about the vitamins.

I've been taking store bought vitamins.
It is crazy how many I take and the time frame for them.
I've done research that indicates a few years out these vitamins will catch up to me and possibly make me ill or have problems, being they arent made especially...
